Basic Employee Life and AD&D Insurance

Sherwin-Williams pays the full cost of Basic Employee Life Insurance coverage noted on the Plan Overview.

The Company also pays the same amount of Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Sherwin-Williams provides life insurance through Empire Life and AD&D insurance through Chubb Life Insurance Company of Canada (“Chubb Life”). If you are still employed with Sherwin-Williams after age 65, your Basic Life Insurance coverage reduces by 50% and terminates at retirement or age 70.
