You are eligible to enroll after one month of continuous active employment. You have 31 days from that eligibility date to enroll in your benefits. To avoid retro pay deductions and to receive your ID cards timely, we recommend enrollment forms be completed at the time of hire. If you do not enroll within that time frame, you can enroll at anytime but you and your eligible dependents must complete proof of good health and be approved by the insurance company in order to have coverage. - MSP Enrollment - Do you need coverage for the British Columbia Medical Plan? If So, Please complete both the Enrollment Form and the MSP Enrollment Form
- MSP Change Form - If you are changing coverage for the British Columbia Medical Plan, please complete both the Employee and the MSP Change Forms
