Long-Term Disability

Long-Term Disability (LTD) provides you with a benefit if you become disabled.

Once you have completed your enrollment form for benefits, you are automatically enrolled in LTD basic coverage. This benefit is 100% paid for by the employee. Should you need benefits from LTD coverage, these benefits are paid on a tax-preferred basis since premiums are paid through payroll deduction.
